NCB semi-automatic models are the most popular mandrel benders intended for high quality bending of thin-walled pipes and sections. The machines are equipped in the header hydraulic drive which guarantees high bending moment and the structural solutions applied predispose NCB benders to operation in multi-shift mode. The body is made of thick-walled steel plates which assure high rigidity and stability while operation. For the purposes of benders manufacturing, Shuz Tung company uses parts and subassemblies of renowned Japanese manufacturers, inter alia: Fuji, Omron, Yokohama, Yuken.

Semi-automatic mandrel benders are offered within the pipe efficiency ranges from Ø4mm to Ø170mm.
